Denim tights or denim leggings have become a trend growing in popularity. They are the new and improved skinny jeans. Some people are calling them Jeggings. The offspring of jeans and leggings I would gather.

Denim tights are such a great alternative to just your basic black leggings or skinny jeans. Because of how popular they have become the selection of color and style to choose from has greatly increased. The most popular colors are not surprisingly blue and black. Grey has started to give black and blue a run for their money though.

If you are daring try a pair of brightly colored denim tights. Colored jeans are really popular, especially in the summer months. Pink or yellow are gorgeous, cheerful choices. Green would be a really awesome choice for spring.

Don’t forget basic white though! You will always stand out in white denim. It is very sexy. Remember though, like always, you will always appear slimmest in the color black! Also on the wild side, flying back from the 80’s, are acid wash along with the floral printed variety.

I’ve heard a few people talk about denim tights not being very flattering. The truth is they are very flattering to all different body types. They just have to be worn in the right way. I think some people forget that they are wearing leggings instead of actual blue jeans. That’s where they trouble starts! It’s important to remember that you are wearing tights and not regular pants or jeans.
